Our return policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as certain food items, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded – we regret that sale or clearance items cannot be the subject of a refund request.
We only replace items if they are materially defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and, if practicable, send the item to: 33 Healdsburg Ave., Suite G, Healdsburg CA 95448, United States. If the item is so defective or damaged that it is impracticable to send it back, please provide instead a digital photo of the defective or damaged item which you are seeking to exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please obtain purchase information from the gift giver. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will apply all credit card charges related to shipping and the cost of the product back to the gift giver once we receive all necessary information that’s needed to process your return request expeditiously.

You are responsible for paying for all your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Depending on where you reside, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00 in value, you should consider using tracking on the shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
